99c Only is HQ'd in Commerce.
So the managerial and office jobs are local jobs. Dollar Tree is out of state.
The other jobs they create are basically minimum wage, and I imagine are pretty typical mw retail jobs.
This store is going to wipe out the mom and pop 99 stores. Those companies buy from warehouses along the Alameda Corridor.
I heard you can start a small store like that for around $50k.
