That's not news
It's the same thing in Rosemead, where it's already been documented that Wal-Mart has been violating the city's noise ordinance every night since they opened. Instead of doing something to relieve the neighbors, they're letting Wal-Mart call the shots and set the time table for how they will make the noise a little less illegal.
