I can't believe the BP well is still spewing oil after more than five weeks. You'd think before they were allowed to drill, they'd have to demonstrate that they have the ability to contain any accident by now. You might also think they'd have to post a bond to pay for the cost of a clean-up. Instead, it's just "Drill baby, drill."
