Steven Ly is ethically challenged
His whole "business" with Mike Lewis looks fishy. He was employed by Lewis, Lewis got him the job in Long Beach, and now he's "renting" a desk from Lewis. It's a situation ripe for money laundering. But I'm sure Ly will vote for it because he thinks his excrement doesn't smell.
